THE MYSTERY OF THE BODY OF CHRIST.

All the UAFC assemblies around Tshwane came together for a United Sunday that was held at the Pretoria Show Ground on the 15.11.2009 at 9h00.Tshwane District,Elcap and three assemblies from Eersterust came together for a fellowship. We were really blessed and people are looking forward to the next meeting next year.
All the UAFC pastors have decided to form a forum that will meet on a regular basis.The first meeting will take place on the 20.02.2010 at the Headquarters.
Pastor Johan Du Preez was a speaker of the day and he blessed us with the following preaching.

EPHESIANS 1:9;3:3,4&9( THE MYSTERY OF THE BODY OF CHRIST).

WHO IS THE BODY OF CHRIST?
The Body of Christ is made up of saved sinners from every tribe,language,nation and race(revelation 5:9&7:9).
What is the Body of Christ?
EPHESIANS 2:20-22,the Body of Christ is built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets and Jesus is the chief corner stone.

HOW CAN A MAN THEN UNDERSTAND HIS OWN WAY

SCRIPTURE: Psalm 37:23-25.

23.The steps of good men are directed by the Lord.He delihgts in each step they take.
24.If they fall it isn't fatal,for the Lord holds them with his hand.
25.I have been young and now I am old.And in all my years I have never seen the Lord forsake a man who loves him;nor have I seen the children of the godly go hungry.

SCRIPTURE: Procerbs 20:24.

24.Since the Lord is directing our steps,why try to understand everything that happens along the way?

ALL THINGS WORK FOR THE BELIEVER'S GOOD

And we know that all that happens to us is working for our good if we love GOD and
are fitting into his plans

2 CORINTIANS: 12:7-9(Living Bible).

I will say this: because these experience I had were so tremendous, GOD was afraid I
might be puffed up by them;so I was given a physical condition which had been a thorn
in my flesh,a messenger from satan to hurt and bother me, and pricked my pride.

Three different times I begged GOD to make me well again.

Each time He said, "No. But I am with you; that is all you need.My power shows up best in weak people."Now I am glad to boast about how weak I am;I am glad to be a living demonstration of GOD's power,instead of showing off my own power and abilities.

All things work together for the believers,no matter how difficult the conditions are in your life.

IT IS GOUNG TO RAIN

The church welcomed pastor John Miller from England.
Scripture reading:1Kings 18:43-44(living bible).
43.And said to his servant,Go and look out toward the sea.He did,but returned to Elijah and told him,I did not see anything.Then Elijah told him, Go again,and again,and again,seven times.

44.Finally, the seventh time, his servant told him, I saw a little cloud about the size of a man's hand rising from the sea. Then Elijah shouted, Hurry to Ahab and tell him to get into his chariot and get down the mountain, or he'll be stopped by the rain.
